Firefox extensions Tweak Network Settings
Firefox memiliki beberapa pengaturan jaringan yang tersembunyi. Dengan ekstensi ini, anda dapat tweak pengaturan pada Firefox dengan mudah, dan anda juga dapat mengatur untuk mempercepat loading halaman web, serta anda juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah maksimum simultan download dari situs (default hanya enam).
Alih-alih mengubah setiap pengaturan, anda juga dapat memilih salah satu dari dua profil. Profil Power meningkatkan jumlah maksimum koneksi dan mengaktifkan pipelining. Profil default akan mengatur ulang pengaturan untuk save, nilai-nilai default berubah.
Tweak Pengaturan Jaringan ekstensi ini hanya kompatibel dengan browser Firefox 3,6 . Setelah menginstal ekstensi ini anda harus mengubah pengaturan sendiri (hanya memilih Profil Power). Untuk melakukan setting berikut anda hanya klik menu browser dan klik Twaek Network Settings.
Setelah saya coba pada menggnakan modem dengan kecepatan koneksi internet 30KB/s sanagt terasa bedanya yang sebelumnya tanpa menggunakan Firefox extensions Tweak Network Settings ini.
